I asked that she add to my home owners policy that I had a new heating system (boiler, burner, etc.) installed in my home. She did so and upon my request, reviewed my current policy. I paid my bills for both policies. She processed them and gave me receipts for my records. Tiffany was friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. A very good experience for me."
